Season in the Dolomites
April 2016 - Been away in Italy for 5 months working as a ski host. What a fabulous experience I had. Lucky that I was able to do it after completing my Degree in Metal work and Jewellery at Sheffield Hallam University. Some of the amazing experiences that I had were things like Ski Safaris. How amazing it was to say in mountain lodges at 2,000 meters high, stunning views, amazing sunrises and sunsets. Getting first tracks in the morning before anyone else had even got onto the first lift.
Most of the time however was spent either taking guests out around the amazing locations in the Arabba area which included the famous Sella Ronda, these are slope which take you round the Sella Massive a huge mountain which is engulfed by slopes. I am not 100% sure but I believe that it is the only place where you can ski around an entire mountain. Cleaning the guest apartments and wining and dining them at night. Making sure they had the time of their lives.
